The Install Success Coordinator/QC is our human link with the customer who has retained our plumbing & heating services. This is a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and success. Anyone performing in this capacity must have exceptional technical trade knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively communicate with the client, technicians, and teammates.
Specific Job Requirements
- Supports Sales Install and Service Manager
- Responsible for managing the incoming leads and reporting on the ROI.
- Follow the written processes and procedures to ensure all leads are accurately scheduled and completed.
- Must know and adhere to all plumbing and heating codes with the ability to perform all plumbing or heating repairs and replacements to code.
- Handle and process all administrative functions of the installation paperwork and processes, including but not limited to: finance, warranty, rebates, spiffs, leads, manufacturer docs, ST forms, package ordering, invoicing.
- Perform ridealongs with Field Crews.
- Process, assign and schedule qualified leads within 10 minutes of data entry.
- Must be capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and communicating all concerns and corrections in detail.
- Ability ot identify emergency situations that could put clients, team mates or property at risk.
- Ability to identify any job deficiencies at time of testing, gathering necessary product and completing the job on one visit.
- Ensure on time lead arrival from sales and field personnel.
- Understand how to grade inquiries based on the answers to profile questions.
- Complete all lead files from start to finish within 1 hour of receiving the sales file so management can assess profitability.
- Complete Sales Lead DMR and reports to management daily.
- Schedule all installs and ensure all materials are ready to go and properly labeled.
- Ensure all permits are pulled at the end of every day within 72 hours of install.
- Report any customer concerns immediately to the Service Manager.
- Dispatch all install crews and comfort advisors.

- Ability to assist and learn all plumbing or heating repairs and replacements to code

- Must be capable to assist and learn troubleshooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client
- Must be capable of assisting and learning to complete a thorough and accurate plumbing and heating inspection and communicating findings to the client

The position of lead install technician is an important one with our company. The lead install technician is our human link with the customer who has retained our installation services. - Ability to perform all HVAC replacements to code
- Ability to problem solve and perform necessary sheet metal work associated with the HVAC project the client requires
- Must be capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and solutions related to the replacement to the client and service manager.
- Ability to complete paperwork legibly and in an understandable manner
- Ability to perform calculations necessary for installation work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing purposes.
- Must be comfortable asking for payment and collecting money
- Must comply with all safety standards and processes
- Check and match furnace material orders day before the install.
- Documents any additional materials that were used and reason they were needed.
- Complete the install in the least abrasive way to the customers house
- All jobsites must be left clean and neat better than when we came.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work in close spaces and on rooftops.
- Must know and adhere to all HVAC codes
- Ability to communicate the benefits of club memberships to the client

Nights & Weekends Call Center Representative
The position of Nights and weekends Call Center Representative is an important one with our company. The Nights and weekends Call Center Representative is our customer’s first experience with our company during emergency situations after hours. It is an important responsibility as this is the point at which we first begin to establish trust with our client and assist them in emergency situations. Anyone performing in this capacity must have the verbal skills and professionalism that will allow for effective communication with the customer along with the ability to think outside the box and prioritize emergencies communicating the urgency to the customers. Alongside dispatching technicians to their perspective customers emergencies.
Specific Job Requirements
- Follow all customer call steps outlined in the procedure guide and process maps in order to book the emergency afterhours call
- Follow call-taking script on all calls

Location
- This is a work from home position and does require a phone, computer or tablet and internet connection.
- However some training sessions may require occasional travel to the office.
Salary Range & Status
As you are not required to be sitting at a desk for the entirety of your shift as this is a on call shift position and are free to move about and go places and complete other tasks ( Jobs) while waiting for a call your working hours are considered time actually worked based on the systems report and on call emergency needs.
- Overnights / weekends on call rotation answering the phones.
- Pay is based on a flat on call stipend fee of 30.00 plus a commission rate of 5.00 per booked call however if your combined flat rate and commissions for the week is less than the minimum wage of 15.00 for 3 hours $45.00 combined daily for all shifts worked then you will be paid the $45.00 or greater of based on shifts for the week.
