What Happens When You Request a Quote
- We book time with one of our highly-skilled, uniformed technicians who will come to your home for an assessment.
- Our technicians are nationally certified to wear the Technician Seal of Safety, which means they meet high expectations for training, they are drug-free, and background checked.
- They will diagnose the issues you’re having during a technical assessment.
- If during the technical assessment the technician determines that a new unit is not required, but the current unit requires repairs, your technician will ask for your approval on the recommended work. We will never do work without your explicit sign-off.

For water heaters there is a $95 service fee for an assessment and quote. Included in this fee, you will receive a free in-home plumbing inspection.
