Woke up to a very chilly house and suspected that our 23 year old furnace needed to be replaced weeks before Christmas:(. Called Always and was greeted by friendly and professional customer service. They accommodated my work schedule and followed up with both text and phone reminder. Thrilled to hear the technician say it was a relatively minor (read inexpensive) fix which he accomplished quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough about this stellar company!

My heat went out, and the receptionist was so courteous and tried to get someone out as soon as possible. Cara was in constant communication as things changed with the appointment. The technician was great, fixed the problem, checked for other potential problems. The technician was great.
